A couple of years ago I played in a band called Kiona. We recorded the album “Attitude or Die” however the album did never reach the stores. We split apart before that happened. Last week I found the album and gave it a listen. Even though it’s a couple of years old I really think its good stuff – I had totally forgotten about it! So, I thought I would let you all have it.
